SaskPower seeks proposals to conduct a process evaluation for the Energy Efficient Lighting Program (EELP) for Small Business. EELP was launched in November 2011 and is designed to help educate Saskatchewan small business owners on energy efficient practices. The program provides direct install lighting retrofits with an incentive amount of up to $1000 per customer. The Pilot, phase I of the program focused on 200 pre-qualified customer participants located in Regina over a four month period. Phase II was an expansion of the program in the Regina region, and has the potential for expansion to other regions of the province. This evaluation will be expected to provide recommendations for enhancing the operation and effectiveness of the program where areas for improvement are identified.
