After Seven days no refunds will be made. Plans may be also be viewed at the following locations: Associated Builders & Contractors, Spokane; Associated General Contractors, Spokane; Builders Exchange of Washington, Everett; Walla Walla Vally Plan Center; Columbia Basin Construction Council, Moses Lake; Construction Data Plan Center, Spokane; Valley Plan Center, Kent and Contractors Resource Center, Seattle.
