Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read on October 9, 2012 at 2:00p.m. local time, at the County of Summit Ohio Building 8th floor meeting room located at 175 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44308, authorized pursuant to Council Resolution No. 2012-323 for: Summit County Jail HVAC Improvement Project The estimated cost of the project is $430,000. There will be a mandatory bidders meeting at the site on September 19, 2012. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. at the project site on the first floor lobby, 205 E. Crosier St., Akron, Ohio. Bids will not be accepted from companies not represented at this meeting. The County of Summit reserves the right to reject any and all bids and any part or parts of any bid. The County, also, reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid. Bid documents may be obtained for a non refundable fee of $100.00 from ARC/eBlueprint. Bid documents can be reviewed at www.e-arc.com . Checks will be made payable to ARC/eBlueprint.
