The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified
contractors for the Gwinnett County Government Annex – Phase I HVAC System Replacement &
Interior Renovation Project. Sealed bids will be received by the Gwinnett County Department of
Financial Services, Purchasing Office, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046 until 2:50 P.M.
local time on October 3, 2012 and then publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 P.M. Any bid received
after 2:50 P.M. will not be accepted. Bid envelope should be marked on the outside with Bid Number,
name of Bidder, date and time of opening. One unbound original and two (2) copies should be submitted.
The work to be performed for this project includes, but is not limited to, construction services associated
with the renovation of the first floor HVAC system and the interior up-fit of portions of the first floor
Tag Offices. This work must be conducted while maintaining facility operations.
