The Work, in general, consists of:
Two separate areas. The removal of existing roof top HVAC units and replacement. The removal to the
metal deck of the existing structure and replacement of the insulation and providing a New built-up roof.
The Owner shall maintain their regular hours of operations during this project. Contractor shall anticipate
afterhour and weekend work so that the Owner shall maintain their normal business schedule.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM on March 13, 2012 in the office of City of Denton CDBG, 601 E.
Hickory, Ste. B., Denton, Texas, 76205. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. All interested
parties are invited to attend. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on, March 13,
