The Pennridge School District will receive sealed bids for HVAC upgrades at Central Middle School. Work includes General, Electrical, and Mechanical Prime construction contracts for work that includes but is not limited to the following: Replacement of chilled water plant equipment including chillers, pumps, and piping New HVAC equipment including rooftop units and ductwork HVAC piping to both new and existing equipment Acoustic tile ceiling and grid system replacement Exterior concrete pad and enclosure for chiller Electrical connections to equipment Removal/reinstallation of light fixtures, fire alarm devices, and misc. electrical system devices Bids are due at the office of Kathy Johnson, Business Administrator, Pennridge School District, District Administration Office, 1200 N. Fifth Street, Perkasie, PA 18944 no later than 1:01 PM prevailing time on April 4, 2012 at which time bids will be publicly open and read. A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be conducted on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 3:00 PM prevailing time, at Central Middle School, 144 Walnut Street, Perkasie, PA 18944. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid. Bidders shall contact Mr. Jeff Loeffler at Pennridge School District, (215) 257-5047, to make arrangements for site visits.
