Sealed Bids will be received by the City of St. Albans at 1499 MacCorkle Avenue, Saint Albans, West Virginia 25177, at the specified dates and times for the following work: Energy Efficient Lighting Retrofit, until 2:00 P.M., L.P.T., March 28, 2012. The total base bid price for each contract shall include the cost for materials and performing all work set forth in the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Forms of Proposal, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Contract Documents and Detail Specifications prepared by Chapman Technical Group. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all proposals that have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of this project will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work to be bid upon is described as follows: St. Albans Energy Efficient Lighting Retrofit The St. Albans Energy Efficient Lighting Retrofit consists of the purchase of 67 LED luminaries for the replacement of existing area lighting in St. Albans, West Virginia.
