The U.S. Department of Labor, (USDOL) wishes to procure design build services for the design and construction of a new HVAC system, replacement of approximately 800 square feet of water damaged flooring and replacement of ceramic tile floors in bathrooms. We are looking for firms that will qualify under the HUBZone Small Business program mentioned in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 19. This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract and the procurement is estimated between $100,000 to $250,000. A site visit will be scheduled at a later date. All firms responding to this FBO announcement must demonstrate their experience in the design and installation of HVAC systems as defined by the State of Utah. The required disciplines are: Architectural, Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing), and Environmental Engineering. Firms must be capable of producing the design documents on AutoCAD version 14 or later. Specifications shall be provided in CSI format and be MS-Word compatible. Firms shall submit an interim design document and a construction ready document. Design Time is 42 calendar days.
