thinking solutions to ongoing energy efficiency challenges posed by a huge expanse of
floor space divided among 124 buildings of varying ages, from 90 years old to brand new. The Scope of Services addressed in this Request for Proposals is unique in that the District is
looking for the most innovative and forward thinking solutions available to The District to achieve
overall efficiency and energy savings for all or part of its 124 buildings which are comprised of 13
