WINTON WOODS HVAC UPGRADE – DELUXE CABINS, located at 651 Lakeview Drive,
Cincinnati, Ohio 45231, as set forth in the Specifications. The project consists of providing and
installing a ductless mini-split HVAC system for 8 deluxe cabins located in Winton Woods
Campground. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the
outside of envelope with the project name. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00
