RFP Description:
The State of Nevada Purchasing Division with the initial user being Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC) is seeking vendors to supply and install sustainable hot water systems. The State intends to award one (1) master agreement; however, the State reserves the right to award to multiple vendors if it is in the State’s best interests to do so. Any resultant award shall be available for use by all agencies of the State, the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Court System, the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of Nevada. After the contract has been awarded, the selected vendor shall enter into specific facility designs that shall include but not be limited to each facility location, specific engineering diagrams, single line diagrams and capacity factors for each location. The size of each institution’s sustainable hot water system shall be reflective of the facility size and space constraints of the facility.
