Burlington County College NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed bids will be received by Burlington County College, Pemberton, New Jersey for the Site Lighting Replacement for a Portion of Academic Drive at Burlington County College Pemberton Campus together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications prepared by Garrison Architects, 406 Lippincott Drive, Suite M, Marlton, New Jersey 08053. The Work of the Project will be let in a single contract: Bid No. 12-11-B. Bids for the above will be received by Burlington County College, in Administrative Services, located in Room 101 in the Parker Center, Pemberton, New Jersey 08068-1599; Attention: Matt Farr, Director of Administrative & Auxiliary Services, until 2:00 P.M. (Prevailing Time) on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 , and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter in the Room 157, Gallery Room, in the Parker Center. Drawings, Specifications and other documents constituting the Contract Documents may be examined without charge at the office of Garrison Architects, 406 Lippincott Drive, Suite M, Marlton, New Jersey 08053 (888) 805-6516 or Garrison Architects, 130 Presidential Boulevard, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania 19004 (610) 668-1880. Upon 24 Hours Notification, The Contract Documents may be purchased at either of the above offices for the NON-REFUN-DABLE FEE of $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) made payable to Garrison Architects. If Shipping of Bid Documents is required bidders may provide their direct shipping account number to Garrison Architects or include a non-refundable $50.00 mailing fee. The Architect assumes responsibility for placing the package for delivery only and not for proper and/or timely delivery of said package.
