Under the provisions of the State College Contracts Law, Chapter 64 of Title 18-A, The College of New Jersey will
receive sealed bids for the Packer Hall Building Envelope Remediation and HVAC Equipment Replacement
Project until 2:00 P.M. on the 23rd day of March, 2012 at The College’s Office of Finance and Business Services,
Administrative Services Building, Second Floor, Room 201, Route 31 (Pennington Road), Ewing Township, New
Jersey. At 2:00 P.M. all bids will be publicly opened and read in Room 203 of the Administrative Services
Building. The project will be bid as a Single Lump Sum.
