INVITATION TO BID ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT - LIBRARY PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATION PROJECT AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (CLEAN ENERGY PROJECT GRANT NO. ARS076) CITY OF WILLISTON, FLORIDA Sealed BIDS will be received by the City of Williston, Florida at the office of City Manager until 10:30 a.m. local time on December 22, 2011, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and taxes to: Install a 10 kW photovoltaic (PV) system in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this invitation. Bidders must have prior experience as a general contractor in photovoltaic system installation in accordance with the requirements contained in the Instructions to Bidders to be considered. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: City Hall, 50 NW Main Street, Williston, Florida 32696, and AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. 404 SW 140th Terrace, Newberry, FL 32669-3000. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained electronically from AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, INC. Only complete sets of plans and specifications will be distributed. For more information, please contact Adam Hall at 352.528.3060. The Owner reserves the right to waive technical errors and informalities and to reject any or all bids.
