The purpose of this specification is to describe the supply and installation of a comprehensive Lighting Upgrade of the City Works Centre located at 128 Sackville Road, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The lighting upgrades shall provide energy conservation measures and energy cost savings with the result of providing a safe and ergonomic work environment. Lighting upgrades and retrofitting shall be completed according to the requirements of the “saveONenergy” Retrofit Program, as administered by the Ontario
Power Authority and the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). Partial funding and completion of this project is conditional on the funding approval of the “saveONenergy” Retrofit Program, and City Council.
