Sealed bids for Solicitation #25766 PIMA COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT ANNEX BUILDING HVAC
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT for the Pima County Facilities Management Department will be received at Pima
County Procurement, Tucson, Arizona 85701 on December 20, 2011, at or before 2:00 pm local Tucson time.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount including alternates
and allowance. Pima County accepts the forms of bid guarantee provided in A.R.S. § 34-201(A) (3). If a surety
bond is submitted as bid guarantee, it MUST be submitted in the form included with this solicitation. Use of other surety forms may be cause for rejection of bids as non-responsive.
This project includes all labor, materials, and work for the replacement and legal disposal of existing HVAC units
with new and provision and installation of one new unit at the Pima County Sheriff Department Annex Building
located at 1650 E. Benson Highway, Tucson, AZ 85714 pursuant to the Division 1 Technical Specifications by
Pima County Facilities Management and Plans dated 11-18-11 by Adams and Associates Engineers, PLLC. This
project includes, but is not limited to, H.V.A.C., electrical, and plumbing work.
The estimated cost of the project is approximately $80,000.00-$90,000.00. The project shall be complete and in
place in no more than 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Refer to the plans for specific time-frames on
