The Anamosa State Penitentiary is seeking bids for the Beje Clark Residential Center, Phase 1 includes
installation of a new geothermal vertical well field and removal of the existing cooling tower, replacement
of system pumps; Phase 2 includes replacement of interior heat pumps and ventilation units.

Pre-Bid Meeting on site: December 4th, 2012 @ 1:00 PM. Attendees are instructed to meet at the main
entrance of the complex (reception area). Attendance IS NOT mandatory but highly recommended.
Attendees are required to Pre-register with Leah Noel no later than December 3rd, 2012. Email
Leah.Noel@iowa.gov or Fax 641.424.4456.
Bids are due on 12/18/12 by 2:30 PM.
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive
irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
