The City of Corona (City) is undertaking restoration and improvement efforts at its Historic Civic Center located at 815 West Sixth Street. This request for proposal is for the design of mechanical systems, including supply and return air distribution system (Design Services) to be installed at the following locations: Suite 200, Suite 210, Suite 220, Suite 230 and Suite 190. Each Suite shall have independent mechanical systems, therefore separate plans per Suite are required. The City seeks Design Services from an experienced company to design the required Project Plans to be used in the procurement of construction contractors who will provide the necessary materials and labor to fulfill the scope of work delineated below in accordance with City of Corona, State and Federal codes, guidelines and requirements.
