Description:
Modification to the existing HVAC system at IPTV including the following:
Base Bid
- Install owner provided winter chillers (chiller spec is included for installation reference)
- Revise the existing control sequence per the specifications
- Modify the existing Master Control AHU’s
- Provide associated controls and piping accessories
Alternate 1
- Install new motors and VFD’s on existing chiller pumps and associated power
Alternate 2
- Modify the existing Main Building AHU
- Air Valve and Thermostat recalibration (could be separated and shown as Alternate 3)
- Revise existing control sequence per specifications
- Additionally, we have the following request for unit pricing as a part of Alternate 2:
1. Price to calibrate one pneumatic room thermostat.
2. Price to calibrate one pneumatic pressure independent VAV air valve controller.
Target dates: start work December 17, 2011, complete work February 7, 2012.
