Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) is soliciting bids for the servicing of oil, gas, propane, and electric heating systems, as well as wood stoves, for clients who are eligible for the Heating System Repair & Replacement Program (HEARTWAP). Respondents will be requested to bid on the cost of the heating system (oil, gas, electric, propane, wood) and work including, but not limited to, cleaning, tuning, repairs, thermostat replacements and asbestos removal.
