Utah County is requesting bids to provide two (2) mission-critical cooling system units designed to control temperature and humidity conditions in rooms containing electronic equipment, per the attached specifications. The units will be shipped to the County and will be installed by the County. SPECIFICATIONS:
• Two (2) mission-critical cooling system units designed to control temperature and humidity
conditions in rooms containing electronic equipment, per the attached “System Specifications”.
• All equipment must be new - NOT USED OR REFURBISHED.
• Minimum 1 year warranty required, optional warranty as specified below.
• Bidders are requested to provide pricing for six options as listed below. Bids will be awarded based
on the “Base Bid” amount. Options may be added at the County’s sole discretion.
• Utah County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive minor irregularities when to do
so would be in the best interest of Utah County.
• Bidders must complete, and submit with their bid, the attached “Bidder Information Form”,
“Certificate of Non-Collusion”, and “W-9" form.
