WR-ALC/PKO Infrastructure Support Branch, Robins AFB, GA offers this opportunity to be accomplished using competitive acquisition procedures, 100% set-aside for HUBZONE Certified Small Business. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220, size standard $14M. The project consists of all tools, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to replace the computer room HVAC systems serving room S of building 761 as identified in the statement of work and drawings. Backgorund: The existing system consists of two split system computer room units of approximately 5 tons each. Since these units were installed the heat load in the space has almost tripled to approximately 12 tons. Also, one of the original computer room units has failed and is no longer operational. The goal of this project is to replace the existing computer room units with two redundant systems sized to meet the current cooling requirements of the space. As with the original design the units shall be redundant to each other.
