The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the installation of a ground mounted supplemental HVAC unit to the existing HVAC system at the Police building. Included in this project is the addition of a concrete pad, vinyl fence and narrowing of the driveway adjacent to the site of the new unit along with all work necessary to complete the installation of the new unit. The project must conform to all Technical Specifications of this Invitation to Bid. A pre-bid conference concerning this project will be held at the Brighton City Hall, located at 500 South 4th Avenue, Brighton, CO on August 9, 2012, at 10:00 AM. The purpose of this conference is to allow firms which may submit a bid an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation.
