The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) announces a request for proposals
for the Implementation Contractor for NYSERDA’s Multifamily Energy Performance Portfolio (MEPP). The
Implementation Contractor, in coordination with NYSERDA, will oversee, maintain, and develop all current and any
new versions of these programs that address the needs of the multifamily sector and work to cost-effectively
improve the energy efficiency for residential buildings with five (5) or more units.
The Multifamily Energy Performance Portfolio includes three (3) programs that assist building owners and
developers with improving the energy performance of their multifamily buildings: 1. Multifamily Performance Program (MPP) 2. Advanced Submetering Program (ASP) 3.
