Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:
HVAC Efficiency Improvement Project: Fire Station No. 2, Airport Control Tower and Douglass Community Center The project will include but not limited to the following major categories of work: 1) Replace a 4 ton heat pump and a 5 ton heat pump at the 1101 Poyntz Avenue Fire Station.
2) Replace the rooftop unit (RTU) on the Manhattan Regional Airport Control Tower
