Bidding documents may be examined at Shive-Hattery, Inc.'s office (1701 River Drive, Suite 200, Moline, Illinois) and at: Illowa Builders Exchange, 520 24th Street, Rock Island, IL 61201 McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge, www.construction.com Copies of the Bidding documents may be obtained by Bidders and Subbidders from Shive-Hattery, Inc., 1701 River Drive, Moline, Illinois 61265 in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Contact Shive-Hattery, Inc. at (309) 764-7650. The Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all Local, State and Federal regulations pertaining to this project. The project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The Board of Education, Orion Community Unit School District #223, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
