The Wyoming Department of Administration and Information, Procurement Section, will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at the Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, for the Wyoming Military Departments Sheridan HVAC Upgrades and Armory Remodel. Project Description: Upgrade of existing HVAC equipment with temperature control conversion and upgrade, as well as limited architectural renovation and with limited asbestos abatement at locations of architectural renovation. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at the: Sheridan Armory, 3219 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, Wyoming. The State will reject bids from any BIDDER who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the Pre-Bid meeting or who departs from the tour before the tour is declared adjourned by the designated PROJECT MANAGER conducting the tour. Bidder(s) must also sign out on the attendance sheet.
