The intent of this bid is to establish a contract between the Board and bidder for the supply/installation
of the Cooling Tower and Pump Change out for the Central Office Warehouse as called for herein. Scope of Work: To change out two (2) Marley cooling towers Series #200, Serial #8914 6 1523 85B & 8914 6 1523
85A. Two condensor water pumps and two chill water and two hot water pumps and condenser water
line that will have an all weather opxy coating to prevent rust or oxidation from towers to pumps and
new valves. All pumps are to have new pads and flex connectors and check valves and suction
diffuser with strainer and butterfly valve and balancing valve and gauge ports with gauges. Also, two
