We encourage you to copy these files to your computer, and then click the “Let OCA know that you have downloaded a bid package” link below to notify us. For some bids, we send bid addendums or change notices to vendors who have let us know they have downloaded the bid. For some bids we do not, so it is important for you to check the bid website often to determine if you have seen all bid addendums, change notice or other changes to the bid. If a bid is changed, the Changed flag will appear in front of the the bid title on the bid listing page. Bid Addendums will be posted here. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open or print these pdf files. Acrobat Reader is available for free from Adobe’s website. Click the Get Adobe Reader button to obtain a copy.
