Bid Description:
The Kenai Peninsula Borough Capital Projects Department hereby invites qualified Energy
Service to provide proposals for energy efficiency design services and implementation of
building automation upgrades at: Seward High School, Kenai Middle School and Soldotna High
School. Upgrades may include lighting, boiler and HVAC controls.
The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to all labor, materials, equipment, tools,
supervision and other facilities necessary to perform the inspection and analysis of the three
facilities; propose and construct energy efficiency measures.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 13, 2011 at the KPB Public Works
Conference Room, 47140 East Poppy Lane, Soldotna, Alaska, 99669 at 10:00am. Attendance
at the pre-proposal is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Planned group site visits will
occur on December 13 & 14, 2011. Proposal documents may also be downloaded from the web at:
