Contract documents will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Provide a manufactured preheat section from a recognised airhandler manufacturer.
- Modifications to the existing AHU-1201 to install the new preheat section.
- Installation of sleepers on the roof to support the new preheat section and curbs and gum boxes for roof penetrations.
- Minor cutting and repair of existing roofing around sleepers, pipe penetrations, boiler vent and combustion air inlets.
- Relocation of existing electrical conduit on roof as required.
- Installation of new glycol heating lines on the roof to serve the new preheat section.
