Will be received by the University of Mississippi, University, MS at the Office of the Director of Purchasing/Procurement Services, Procurement Services Building, #1 Jeanette Phillips Drive, University, MS 38677. The project consists of the following:
The project includes the construction of a new building adjacent the Stockard – Martin Residence Halls to house new high efficiency boilers, heating water pumps and ancillary equipment. The project includes site modifications, paving, masonry building, mechanical equipment, piping, insulation, heat exchangers, domestic water storage tanks, DDC building controls, electrical equipment and the relocation of an existing emergency generator. Additional Information: A pre-bid conference shall be held at 2:00 PM, July 19, 2012, at the University of Mississippi Physical Plant Department conference room, 700 Hathorn Road, University, MS. A site visit will be conducted immediately after the pre-bid meeting. Access to the site for bid investigation will be limited. We strongly recommend that that all interested contractors and subcontractors attend the pre-construction meeting and site visit.
