Public Notice is hereby given by the Mercer County Special Services Board of Education, 1020 Old Trenton Road, Hamilton, New Jersey 08690, that sealed proposals for furnishing labor and materials for Phase IT HVAC Upgrades at Mercer High School and Joseph F. Cappello School, Mercer County Special Services School District, Hamilton, New Jersey, 08690, will be received by Nancy Swirsky, Business Administrator, Mercer County Special Services Board of Education, until 3:00 PM on April 25, 2012, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened, read aloud and recorded for presentation to the Board of Education. Proposals will be received and contracts awarded on the basis of separate proposals, which shall include all the work required in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and all other laws and regulations pertaining to public contracts. Separate sealed bids will be received on the following: CONTRACT NO.1 - HVAC The Bid Documents may be examined at the Mercer County Special Services Board of Education, 1020 Old Trenton Road, Hamilton, New Jersey 08690. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained at ARC (American Reprographics Company), 2060 Springdale Road, Suite 400, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08003, Telephone 856/751-0360 upon payment as follows: Paper Copy $45.00 for each set; PDF copy on Compact Disc $45.00 per disc; Paper Copy plus PDF Copy $55.00 per set. Shipping charges are additional and will be calculated by ARC based upon the shipping destination. The purchase price of all sets are not refundable. No partial sets will be issued to Subcontractors, Suppliers, or Manufacturers. A pre-bid tour of the existing facility will be conducted at 3:00 PM on April 11, 2012, beginning at the Mercer High School office.
