The purpose of this solicitation is to select a qualified contractor to install lighting upgrades in the public areas of the Lake County Administration Building. This work is being done as part of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and will require the chosen contractor to comply with the special terms and conditions of the grant such as the Davis Bacon Act and the Buy America Act contained elsewhere in this solicitation.
