SEALED Bids will be received by the OWNER at the Hampden Township Municipal Building, 230 S. Sporting Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, until 1:00 p.m., prevailing time, Friday, February 10. 2012. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter the same day at the same place. The Project consists of the replacement of two rooftop air conditioning units and the installation of a new rooftop air conditioning unit. Work with the new rooftop unit includes structural modifications, a new electrical circuit, and new ductwork. Work also includes the installation of ductless mini-split air conditioning systems, ductwork modifications throughout the building, controls, and minor improvements as noted on the Drawings.
