The Work consists of the removal and replacement of ten (10) existing split system heat pump units and sixteen (16) existing heat pump package units; including the installation of new electrical wiring, new circuit breakers, new duct transitions at the rooftop units and the interior fan coil units, new curb adaptors, construction of new curbs, and the reconnection of existing refrigerant lines. Roof repair (Carlisle TPO – Fully-Adhered System) will be required as well as the removal and replacement of selected areas of grid ceiling. Repair of curbs, roofing, or any other existing condition is incidental to work if damaged or incompatible with new units and shall be included at no additional expense to Owner. Roofing repairs shall be performed by Carlisle factory-certified roofing contractor, in accordance with Carlisle recommendations.
