This project generally includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing steam boilers, steam to hot water heat exchangers, pumps and associated piping, and installation of new hot water boilers for hydronic heating and domestic hot water as well as associated piping. Project also includes DDC controls upgrades, lighting upgrades, electrical wiring required for mechanical upgrades, and provisions for temporary services while project is being completed.
