RFP Description:
The City of Roseville, Environmental Utilities Department (EUD) requests professional services
proposals from firms interested in providing services as required to retrofit lighting fixtures at
multiple EUD facilities to Reduced Wattage fluorescent lighting.
Project Background :
Beginning in July 2012, new Federal lighting and performance standards will virtually eliminate
most commercially available T12 lamps from the marketplace. EUD is partnering with Roseville
Electric to accomplish the lighting retrofits. In order to leverage available energy savings
incentives from Roseville Electric, all work must be complete, inspected and invoiced prior June
7th, 2012. Based on the evaluation of the submitted proposals, EUD will either award the
