2012, in Room AD245 of the USA Administration Building, on the Main Campus of the
University of South Alabama. Bids will not be accepted after the time indicated herein and
will be returned unopened.
A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to the University of South Alabama in an amount
not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000
must accompany the bidder’s proposal . Performance and payment bonds, evidence of
insurance, and other items as specified in the Bid Documents will be required at the
