Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accor- dance with the Instruc- tions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $21,900 for H. Further, Wicks Exempt Projects require a com- pleted BDC 59 be filled out and submitted (i- ncluded in a separate, sealed envelope) in ac- cordance with Docu- ment 002220, Supple- mental Instructions to Bidders - Wicks Exempt. Failure to submit this form correctly will re- sult in a disqualification of the bid.
