Penn Delco School District will receive sealed proposals for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract until February 21, 2012 at 12:00, noon, local prevailing time at the office of the Business Administrator, located at Penn-Delco School District 2821 Concord Road Aston, PA 19014-2995 Please provide three (3) copies clearly marked 'Lighting Retrofit.' Proposals received after the proposal receipt deadline will not be accepted. Copies of the Request for Proposals will be available after 9:00 a.m. on January 30, 2012. Offerors are required to secure a complete copy of the Request for Proposals from the District's Administrative Offices at the above address and telephone number.
