Mining Building Harlan Campus-Project includes replacing controls on heat pump above ceilings, ceiling fans, and unit heaters. Building already has had a Jace 600-AX installed with graphics that these controls shall be connected to. Existing boilers, pumps, and evaporative tower already have new controls. This project is to complete the building controls.
Chrisman Hall Cumberland Campus-Project includes replacing controls for VAV boxes above ceilings. Building already has had a Jace 600-AX installed with graphics that these controls shall be connected to. Existing pumps and air handler already have new controls. Drawings are noted which VAV boxes are to be included in the bid. Unit prices have been included in the bid documents to allow additional boxes to be renovated, based on available funds.
