This project consists of various upgrading of HVAC Control Systems for Hopkinsville Community College in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The work generally consists of the following improvements: demolition of existing HVAC controls and selective HVAC equipment, installation of new HVAC controls, installation of new HVAC dual duct terminal unit; fabrication and installation of ductwork; electrical work; and testing, adjusting and balancing. The trades involved include, but are not limited to: HVAC, sheetmetal, mechanical, insulation, HVAC controls, electrical, and testing/adjusting/balancing. The work must be performed while the buildings are occupied.
