The purpose of this solicitation is to select a qualified Contractor to install lighting upgrades to various fixtures at Lake County owned and operated facilities. The lighting upgrades will involve modifying existing T12 lighting fixtures to accept the use of T8 lamps. This work is being done as part of the Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and will require the chosen contractor to comply with various special terms and conditions of the grant such as the Davis Bacon Act and the Buy America Act contained elsewhere in this solicitation.
