Sealed bids for a Lump Sum Contract are invited for the following Work: Project Name: Kerr Hall Lighting Upgrade, Bldg. 591 University Project No.: FM120084S/136-15 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor to provide all labor and material necessary for the demolition of existing lighting fixtures, conduit, cabling, controls, drywall and all necessary finishes for the installation of new lighting fixtures. Contractor is to install all new specified lighting fixtures and modify / install all associate controls as identified within the contract drawings and specifications for the Kerr Hall Lighting Upgrade project. Estimated Construction Cost: $ 119,100.00.
