Pulaski County is accepting sealed bids to hire a Contractor to provide all labor and materials necessary to demolish and install new commercial boilers at the Pulaski County Courthouse. Owner will receive sealed bids, bid #12-F-001 until 10:00 a.m. local time, February 16, 2012, 201 South Broadway, Suite 440, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids received after this time will not be accepted. Specifications and Bid Package may be obtained from the Pulaski County Purchasing Department, 201 S. Broadway, Suite 440, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, or by calling 501-340-8390. There will be mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on February 8, 2012 @ 10:00 a.m. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Pulaski County, Arkansas, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. Pulaski County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in bidding. Bids may be held by Pulaski County for a period not to exceed Ninety- (90) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
