The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals and supervision to perform HVAC and generator system upgrades at the Dulles Toll Road Administration Building. Work includes replacing the existing stand-by generator with a new 400KW generator and upgrading the stand-by power distribution system and electrical installations in the main electrical/mechanical room to comply with the current code. The Contractor shall also replace the building's existing HVAC system with high-efficiency equipment that is capable of providing proper zone comfort as well as replace the existing sprinkler fire suppression system in the computer room with a clean agent fire suppression system.
