Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete engineering
production, assembly, testing, packaging and delivery and installation supervision of
variable refrigerant flow air-conditions systems to be installed at Towson University
Linthicum Hall.
VRF manufacturer shall have been successfully manufacturing complete VRF
systems for installation in the United States for a minimum of 10 years.
VRF system shall have single centralized refrigerant isolation valve controllers
that can control up to 16 indoor units from one isolation valve controller.
VRF system shall have only 2 refrigerant pipes between the outdoor unit and the
isolation valve controller and only two refrigerant pipes between the isolation
valve controller and each indoor unit.
Equipment must be received no later than May 15, 2012. Earlier delivery is
