SAGINAW PUBLIC SCHOOLS Saginaw High and Arthur Hill High Schools GYM LIGHTS REPLACEMENT PROJECT The School District of the City of Saginaw is accepting bids for the replacement of lighting in the gyms at the Saginaw and Arthur Hill High Schools. Blank forms for bidding and specifications may be obtained by contacting Ms. Anitra Sweeney, Purchasing Agent at the Saginaw Public Schools, (989) 399-6539 or asweeney@ spsd.net. A pre-bid walk can be arranged by contacting Mark DeAngelo at 518-269-7668 or via email at mark.deangelo@sodexo. com. It is the intent to have the lighting changes completed before July 30. Sealed bids are due in the Purchasing Office, 550 Millard, Saginaw, MI on Monday, July 10, 2012 at 11 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No late bids will be considered. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein. The District also reserves the right to award the contract as it deems in its best interest. Bidders will be required to submit a signed, notarized statement, disclosing any familial relationship between the owner, an employee of the bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the School District.
