Bids will be received by the Columbus Regional Airport Authority at its offices located at 4600 International Gateway, Authority
Administration Offices, Baggage Claim Level, Port Columbus International Airport Terminal, Columbus, Ohio 43219 until 2:00
p.m., local time, Thursday, January 19, 2012, for Concourses A, B, and C HVAC Modifications to Central Plant Phase 3. The
work consists of removal of existing boilers, piping, pumps, natural gas branch lines, breeching, chilled water piping, boiler
accessories and associated DDC controls within the heating and cooling systems. The relocation of the existing chilled water
primary pump to a new location. The addition of an additional chilled water cross connect pump for the A to B chilled water
system. The addition of condensing and near condensing boilers, pumps, natural gas line branch connections, breeching and all
their associated accessories and DDC controls in four mechanical spaces. The installation of multiple BTU meters that shall
monitor the hot and chilled water systems serving various areas within the Port Columbus Airport.. The engineer’s estimate for
